Very convenient as they will reach you no matter which part of Dubai you are in. The call centre staff are very friendly & professional. Today was the 3rd time I used their service & I have always had a positive experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I was particularly pleased with Mr. Hussain who helped replace my battery today! It was an absolute privilege to meet such an amazing person.

Excellent service. My battery died on Friday. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they responded promptly with all the details. They dispatched a service agent and within half an hour he arrived. He tested the battery, found it’s dead and then he proceeded with the replacement. Very professional. Fast and accurate service. 1 year warranty for the battery.
